How do I submit items for this website?

Easiest way: If you have a Google account, you can use this simple form to upload your item: APLL Member Portal Submission Request.

The way that is slightly more work: If you do not have a Google account, you can e-mail your request and the document or photo to us at info@apll-member.com. (If the link does not open an email draft for you, please copy and paste the link into the "To" line in your email program.)  To be sure your request is clear, please:

  • Use “Submission Request” in your subject line
  • Give your name and unit number.
  • Briefly describe the item you are submitting. (For example, “Photo of APLL vegetable garden” or “Minutes from February Tech Committee meeting.”
  • Briefly describe where you would like the item placed on the portal. (For example, “In the photo gallery” or “in the document archive.”

How do I search a document on this resident portal?

There are two ways to search within a document that is displayed in our portal.

Search without downloading

  1. Click on the box-and-arrow "pop-out" icon at the upper right of the document.
  2. At the top right, click the three vertical dots.
  3. Click on "Find."
  4. Enter the word(s) you are looking for in the box that opens. Every occurence of the term you are looking for will be highlighted in the document, and you can use the up and down arrows in the "find" box to navigate to each occurence.

Download and then search

  1. Below the viewable document, you'll see a PDF file name. Click the "Download" button.
  2. Open the downloaded PDF file on your device.
  3. Use the search tool (the magnifying glass) to find what you are looking for.

About Our B.A.S.E. App Calendar and Work Orders

How do I install the B.A.S.E. Icon on My Device?

Please follow these directions to install the B.A.S.E. icon on your device. Here are some videos to help if you are having trouble. If the videos don’t help, please e-mail info@apll-member.com, and someone will contact you soon.

How do I enter a work order in B.A.S.E.?

Simply log into B.A.S.E. with your unit number, then click on “Work Order” at the top of your screen and enter your request. You’ll receive an automatic confirmation from B.A.S.E.

How do I view our event and guest room calendars?

Simply log into B.A.S.E. with your unit number, then click on “Calendar” at the top of your screen. You can choose to view the calendar by day, month, or week, and you can view event details by clicking on the name of the event

I'm having trouble with B.A.S.E. How can I get help?

About Room Reservation Requests

How do I request a guest room reservation?

First, check our calendar in B.A.S.E. to be sure that the room is not already reserved for your dates. Then visit our Room Request  page and click on “Guest Room Reservations" in the drop-down menu to complete your request form. You'll receive an email from B.A.S.E. when your request is approved. Approval could take a day or more depending our APLL office schedule. When you get your approval, don't forget to pay for your guests' stay!

How do I request a common room reservation?

First, check our calendar in B.A.S.E. to be sure that the room is not already reserved for your dates. Then visit our Room Request page and click on either “Great Room Reservation” or “Sun Room/Conference Room reservation in the drop-down menu. You'll receive an email from B.A.S.E. when your request is approved. Approval could take a day or more depending our APLL office schedule. 

How do I request a room for a recurring meeting or event?

First, check our calendar in B.A.S.E. to be sure that the room is not already reserved for your dates. Then visit our Room Requests page and click on “Recurring Meeting Reservations.” Approval could take a day or more depending our APLL office schedule.
