Applewood Pointe Cooperative is a private faciliy, and the use of the Great Room is for the residents and their guests only. No events can be held which are not hosted by and Applewood Pointe resident.
Applewood Pointe accepts no liability for lost or stolen articles.
The host/hostess will be responsible for any damage incurred during the event and for the conduct of their guests. No loud noises permitted after 10:00 P and the party must be over by midnight.
The host/hostess will be responsible for controlling access to the building. You or your designee is to stand at the front security door to welcom your guests. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD OUTSIDE OR LOBBY DOORS BE PROPPED OPEN.
The building and grounds are NON-SMOKING. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including the deck, garage, or restrooms.
A reservation of the Great Room does NOT include the Sun Room or the Library.
Guests under the age of 18 should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Food and liquor is permitted in the Great Room.
Quartz is more susceptible to scorching or cracking from high heat items. For added protection, use a trivet or cutting board!
All coffee and disposable products (napkins, cups, plasticware, etc.) must be supplied by the resident.
Applewood Pointe's dishes, serving pieces, and silverware may be used.
The host/hostess will be responsible for cleaning the rooms and putting away all items used after the event. (See the clean-up instruction sheet.)
No pets are allowed in the Great Room, unless they are required for a disability.
No decorating material may be applied to walls, lights, or sprinkler heads. All decorating material must be removed following the party.
Candles are only allowed if encased in a protected hurricane container.
Host/hostess agrees to inspect the Great Room prior to the event to determine condition. If not adequately cleaned, resident will inform the building manager regarding said condition.
