If you prefer to fill out a paper form, you can get the appropriate form in the mail room, complete it, and put it in the black mailbox nest to the office.
About Great Room, Sun Room, and Conference Room Reservations
As a resident of Applewood Pointe at Langton Lake, you can reserve our Great Room, Sun Room, or Conference Room for your private or all-resident events. There is no charge for these rooms! You can also reserve these rooms for recurring all-resident events such as committee meetings and social activities. There's no charge for that either!
About Guest Room Reservations
You can also choose to reserve one of our two Guest Rooms at a very reasonable nightly rate. These rooms are similar to hotel rooms. The East Guest Room has two twin beds and costs $55.00 per night. The West Guest Room has two queen beds and costs $65.00 per night. You'll find room and payment details on the reservation form.
To Make Reservation Requests
Please choose the appropriate type of request from the drop-down menu. After you submit your request, it will be reviewed and you will receive a confirmation email or an email explanation of why your request can't be fulfilled.
